Position: Electrical Construction Estimator
Salary: $90,000-$95,000
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (In-office role)
Electrical Construction Estimator - Responsibilities
* Analyze project documents and specifications to define scope of work
* Perform material and labor takeoffs with accuracy and efficiency
* Build detailed estimates including labor, materials, and equipment
* Review and interpret blueprints and technical documents
* Collaborate with project managers and preconstruction teams
* Prepare and submit complete, timely bid proposals
* Stay current on market pricing, materials, and construction methods
* Identify risks, gaps, and assumptions within each estimate
* Support project handoff to ensure a smooth transition to operations
Electrical Construction Estimator - Qualifications
* Proven experience as an electrical or construction estimator
* Strong proficiency in McCormick estimating software (required)
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
* Solid understanding of electrical systems and construction methods
* Clear communication and strong teamwork skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong organization and time management
Electrical Construction Estimator - Exceptional Candidates
* Confident in McCormick and able to lead estimating efforts
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role
