RR Electric Heating & Air has been serving California for over 30 years, and right now we are blowing up . Demand is high, the board is full, and we are building a strong Electrical Division to keep up.
We're looking for a skilled, well-rounded Electrician who can run service calls, troubleshoot, and drive revenue through quality work and strong recommendations.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Running residential service calls daily
* Troubleshooting electrical issues and providing clear solutions
* Recommending necessary upgrades, repairs, or replacements to customers
* Panel upgrades, replacements, and troubleshooting
* Full and partial home rewires
* Installing outlets, switches, lighting, and fixtures
* Delivering clean, code-compliant work
* Supporting HVAC installs when electrical is needed
What We're Looking For:
* Strong residential electrical experience (not entry-level)
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues efficiently
* Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending solutions
* Ability to run jobs independently and manage your time
* Electrical license is a big plus
* Valid driver's license with a clean record
* Pride in workmanship and professionalism
