Job Description:
We are seeking a driven Account Manager to support both new business development and existing client relationships. This individual will play a key role in managing the full sales cyclefrom initial outreach to ongoing account supportwhile collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
This position is fully in-office and offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound inquiries while proactively engaging prospective and existing customers through outbound outreach
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and identify growth opportunities
Develop customized proposals and ensure timely follow-up with clients
Support marketing initiatives by assisting with campaign execution and tracking performance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems, including tracking sales activity and pipeline progress
Monitor contract timelines and proactively coordinate renewals with clients and internal stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities through research and targeted outreach efforts
Prepare regular reports to track sales performance and progress toward goals
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and other internal teams to resolve client needs
Participate in occasional operational support, including limited weekend coordination as needed
Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related commercial role
Experience in industrial or service-based industries is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Additional Details:
Schedule: Standard business hours
Work Environment: 100% in-office (some flexibility may be considered)
