Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant (Automotive Dealership)
Moberly Motors is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant to support daily dealership operations. This role combines customer service, receptionist duties, data entry, and office administration in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, vendors, and visitors (front desk / receptionist duties)
Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Manage filing systems (digital and paper)
Assist with scheduling and internal coordination
Support sales and service departments with administrative tasks
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Rental Fleet Coordination (Unique to This Role):
Schedule and manage dealership rental vehicles
Handle customer check-in and check-out for rentals
Track vehicle availability and usage
Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready
Coordinate basic maintenance and upkeep
Qualifications
12 years of experience in administrative assistant, office assistant, receptionist, or customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
