The EdNapleton Automotive Group is looking for our next
Automotive Service Technician . This position will be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards, and for building customer loyalty through effective vehicle diagnostics.

Job Responsibilities
Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
Communicate with parts department and service advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication.
Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals, including employees and customers.
Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training classes as appropriate.
Inform store management of mechanical repair problems as they arise.
Maintain an organized work area.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Automotive Service Technician experience
ASE certification desirable
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to undergo background check and drug screen per local law/regulations
18+ years of age to comply with company driving policy
