**THE ROLE** We are looking for **Operations Interns**to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, NY. As an Operations Intern, you will support the planning and execution of gameday and event operations, assist with inventory, staffing coordination, and service logistics. This role offers hands experience in functional teams to deliver an exceptional fan experience. Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience. Join us as we remember the past, while looking forward to the future.Analyze sales and operational data to help improve concession efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance the fan experience. Assist with vendor coordination, setup, and breakdown for NFL games and special events, gaining hands-on experience in large-scale venue operations.Other duties as assigned by management.
