Role Overview
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will own the email marketing channel across assigned accounts and internal brands, overseeing strategy, setup, execution, automation, optimization, and reporting. This role is responsible for helping brands communicate more effectively, nurture leads more intentionally, and convert attention into action through relevant, well-built email systems.
You’ll work closely with the Account Manager assigned to each account, helping bring larger campaign goals to life through email. While most communication will flow through the Account Manager, there may be times when client‑facing involvement is needed for alignment, strategy, or performance discussion. We’re looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of the service itself while staying collaborative, current, and performance-minded.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that strong email marketing is not just about sending campaigns, but about building a smarter communication engine that supports premium brands and real business growth.
What You’ll Own
Oversee and execute email campaigns from setup through send
Build campaign structures, calendars, launch emails, recurring sends, and strategic communications
Write and organize email copy, messaging flow, and campaign structure based on each brand’s goals
Coordinate visual direction and campaign presentation to ensure a polished, premium final product
Automation & Audience Segmentation
Build and manage automations, nurture flows, drip sequences, and customer journey campaigns
Segment audiences based on behavior, source, campaign objective, and stage in the funnel
Support stronger lead nurture, retention, re‑engagement, and audience management through backend organization
Help create smarter systems that improve relevance and efficiency over time
Optimization & Reporting
Track opens, clicks, conversions, and campaign-specific KPIs
Test subject lines, send times, messaging angles, segmentation, and structure
Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for refinement
Stay aware of what is working in email today and evolve strategy accordingly
Work directly with Account Managers to align email with broader campaign and brand strategy
Help ensure the email service is executed at a high level across setup, delivery, and reporting
Serve as the owner of the email channel within your assigned scope
Strong experience in email marketing across strategy, execution, automation, and reporting
Strong writing instincts and a sharp attention to detail
Understands segmentation, customer journeys, messaging flow, and conversion-focused communication
Organized, proactive, and capable of owning a channel with confidence
Understands what is relevant, effective, and working in email today
Comfortable collaborating with account and leadership teams while taking real responsibility for results
Experience in luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, marine, real estate, or premium service industries is a plus
