Position Summary
Our creamery is seeking a dependable and motivated Shipping Associate to support daily dairy production and packaging operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient shipping processes, and smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a warehouse and cooler environment and takes pride in staying organized, accurate, and productive.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, stage, and prepare dairy products for shipment according to order requirements
Load, unload, and move product using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
Verify order accuracy and product quality prior to shipment
Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and cooler areas
Work collaboratively with production and shipping teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
Follow all food safety, temperature control, and workplace safety guidelines
Qualifications
Prior warehouse, shipping, or order‑picking experience required
Experience using pallet jacks is essential
Ability to work full shifts in a refrigerated environment (approximately 40°F)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Availability to start immediately preferred
