Federal Work Study – Student Affairs Media Designer
The admissions and financial aid office is seeking a few students for Federal Work‑Study to support creative multi‑media management. Students will help create, edit, publish, and promote SUNY Upstate recruitment content, highlighting student experiences and accomplishments across the four colleges.
We are looking for students who are comfortable using social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, and who have basic video content creation and video editing experience.
Students will also submit a short (no more than 1 minute) video sharing their favorite thing about SUNY Upstate.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a current student enrolled at Upstate Medical University and approved for financial aid through the Student Financial Aid office at Upstate.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok
Basic video content creation and video editing experience
Part‑time availability that can accommodate academic priorities
Pay Rate
$17 per hour
