a Hybrid Auto Loan Campaign Analyst in McLean, VA. 3 days onsite 2 days remote.

Responsibilities for the Auto Loan Campaign Analyst

Manage and execute data programming required to analyze profitable auto loan prospect and customer segments by leveraging behavioral, demographic, credit risk, vehicle, and other internal and external data attributes.

Design, manage, and evaluate auto loan marketing campaign tests and offer strategies, partnering with leadership to establish an effective test-and-learn framework aimed at increasing loan originations, utilization, and retention across the auto loan lifecycle.

Collaborate closely with direct management to holistically evaluate strategies that drive profitable growth of the auto loan portfolio.

Lead the evaluation and enhancement of statistical models developed by vendors and/or internal modeling teams; develop independent engagement and propensity models related to auto loan acquisition, retention, refinancing, pricing, and risk management.

Develop, test, and monitor quantitative models and support independent model validation efforts in compliance with internal model governance policies.

Build sophisticated SQL queries and partner with vendors to ensure data accuracy and completeness; identify underperforming auto loan segments and execute analytical strategies to optimize target universes, offers, and campaign performance.

Qualifications for the Auto Loan Campaign Analyst

Minimum of three (3) years’ of experience project management.

Hands‑on skills in SQL, Tableau, and proficiency working with large dataset are required.

Snowflake experience is preferred.

Statistical analysis experience, including A/B testing, linear regression, and time series forecasting are required.

Knowledge and experience of segmentation, statistical procedures, predictive modeling, financial modeling and analytic tools are required.

Experience in statistical model development, validation, evaluation, and performance monitoring is preferred.

Expertise in data Warehouse and business intelligence associated tools are preferred.

Compensation for the Auto Loan Campaign Analyst

$130,000 -$140,000 *Depending on Experience
