About the Role
We are seeking a Logistics Program Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Bellevue, WA. This is a critical integrated logistics support program manager role for our Eagle Eye program. It involves leading all developmental logistics efforts, with a strong emphasis on creation, management, and delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). Deliverables include Logistics Support Plans, Level of Repair Analysis, System Support Package Component Lists, IUID Plans, and various Logistics Product Data Summaries.

What You'll Do

Manage all aspects of logistics operations from initial acquisition through post-deployment sustainment.

Coordinate across product, engineering, logistics, and program teams to integrate logistics considerations into design, development, and delivery.

Drive the creation, management, and delivery of critical CDRLs, including LSPs, LORAs, SSPCLs, IUID Plans, and other logistics product data summaries.

Engage with engineering to establish design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product research, development, testing, and integration.

Provide logistics expertise at program milestones such as Post Award Conferences, Provisioning Conferences, and Critical Design Reviews, as well as support proposal efforts.

Interact with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical and scheduling issues, acting as primary contact for Logistics/Sustainment program matters.

Influence the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contracts.

Influence contract acquisitions, negotiations, and modifications.

Act as the primary customer contact for Logistics/Sustainment program activities, leading review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Manage the development and security of proprietary technology and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Develop and refine SOPs and processes that drive operational excellence, efficiency, and consistency across deployments.

Ensure compliance with DoD regulations, customer policies, and contract requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business/operations, or a related technical field; equivalent experience may be substituted.

10+ years of progressively complex operations and program management experience.

Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Customer focused, able to work independently or in a team, with willingness to travel and work extended hours.

Expertise in DoD product support strategies and policies, CDRLs, and DoD regulations.

Experience with LORA, SERD, LMI, and/or spare analysis.

Experience with business rules, TMCR, IETM and/or CSDB.

Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with direct U.S. Government or Military program offices.

Government proposal experience.

Engineering experience.

Salary
US Salary Range: $129,000 – $171,000 USD
