Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across both food service and retail channels. This role is highly cross‑functional, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
This position is best suited for someone who is proactive, solutions‑oriented, and able to think beyond assigned tasks, bringing both structure and initiative to day‑to‑day marketing execution.
Marketing Execution & Support
Develop and coordinate marketing collateral including presentations, sell sheets, product sheets, and promotional materials
Support product launches, sample approvals, packaging updates, and customer presentations
Maintain marketing documentation and ensure consistency across all materials
Manage marketing forms, product information, and internal documentation
Event & Tradeshow Support
Assist in planning and execution of trade shows, customer meetings, and marketing events
Coordinate booth materials, marketing collaterals, samples, and all other tradeshow assets
Support on‑site setup and execution as needed
Artwork, Packaging & Sample Coordination
Coordinate artwork development and updates with internal teams and suppliers
Assemble launch products for customer presentations and reviews
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timelines are met for all deliverables
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Production, and Logistics teams
Ensure projects are coordinated effectively and delivered on time
Support resolution of customer inquiries and complaints in collaboration with internal teams
Data Analysis & Reporting
Prepare marketing insights to identify trends and opportunities
Support social media tracking along with campaign and performance analysis
Conduct competitor research and market analysis to support strategic decisions
Digital & Social Support (Secondary Responsibility)
Create and manage content creation for social media and marketing campaigns
Support scheduling and coordination of posts across platforms
Monitor engagement and provide basic performance insights
Stay informed on trends to support ongoing content development
Administrative & Operational Support
Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, vendor coordination, and marketing operations
Maintain organization of marketing assets and inventory
Support continuous improvement of processes and workflows

Education / Experience
3+ years of experience in a marketing or marketing support role
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Experience in Foodservice and Retail channels
Experience supporting marketing initiatives and sales teams
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics (support level)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint)
Ability to think critically and problem solve independently
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership
Reliable transportation is required, along with flexibility to travel occasionally for trade shows, events, or customer meetings.
Ability to stand, walk, and move materials during sample prep, trade shows, and events, including lifting light items (up to 10 lbs) and remaining active for extended periods.
