The Position
Reporting organizationally to the local Venue Operations Director, the tournament time staff will play a key role in delivering the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament.
Supporting the execution of operational and logistical plans across tournament venues and locations.
Being present on‑site during events to oversee operations, provide real‑time problem‑solving, and ensure smooth delivery.
Managing tasks related to various functional areas, coordinating with teams and stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
Working closely with venue teams, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with FIFA guidelines and local regulations.
Acting as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day operations within assigned areas.
Monitoring schedules, tracking progress, and addressing any operational challenges that arise.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams across the USA, Canada, and Mexico to align on deliverables and timelines.
Upholding FIFA’s commitment to excellence by ensuring all operational aspects meet or exceed standards.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools.

Pay Information
In accordance with California's Equal Pay and Opportunity Act, the pay range for this position is $28 per hour. This estimate is based on this position being performed in California, and the range may not apply to similar positions in other locations. In determining actual base pay, FIFA 26 considers candidate education, experience, and other job‑related factors allowed by law. An employee’s position within the salary range will be determined by various factors, including relevant education, experience, qualifications, certifications, skills, geographic location, performance metrics, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business needs.
