Join our India Packaging team to drive transformative initiatives in the Package Zero charter. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives focused on cost reduction, carbon footprint reduction, and achieving the 2040 Climate Pledge through data‑driven decision making. You will develop and implement packaging recommendations using analytical thinking to ensure zero defects while maintaining strong governance mechanisms across the supply chain.
Working with cross‑functional teams, you will manage and lead strategic roadmaps from 3‑year planning to full execution, and collaborate with leadership to drive structural improvements across the Package Zero program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize Package Zero programs impacting multiple organizations, leading cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable cost reductions and operational improvements.
Develop data‑driven recommendations for packaging configurations, conduct deep dives on Package Zero defects through analytical thinking and rigorous quality standards.
Build and maintain strong governance mechanisms, track metrics, and enable data‑driven decision making across packaging operations.
Lead the USI charter for Package Zero integration, monitoring, correcting, and governing.
Partner with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and leadership to drive investments and strategic decisions that positively impact packaging P&L and sustainability goals.
A Day in the Life
Your day begins by reviewing key performance indicators across Package Zero, identifying opportunities for improvement. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to advance projects, balance Cx and cost requirements with business priorities, analyze data, and bring insights to scale the program year over year. You also participate in stakeholder meetings to align on initiatives and drive execution of ongoing projects, while dedicating time to developing innovative solutions that improve customer experience and reduce costs and environmental impact.

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
3+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Bachelor’s degree.
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables and charts, multiple‑criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
3+ years driving process improvements.
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
