Acorn Hill Animal Hospital, a trusted small animal practice in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an experienced and motivated Veterinarian to lead & guide our practice, mentor our team, and shape the future of our hospital.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical excellence with veterinary leadership and management. You'll work alongside a dedicated Practice Manager and Regional Operations Manager to set goals, develop strategies, and continue growing our hospital's reputation for compassionate, high-quality veterinary care.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a talented team of associate veterinarians and support staff.
Establish, implement, and uphold medical protocols to ensure top-tier patient care and compliance.
Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve hospital and operational goals.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture.
Deliver outstanding client service and support our mission of compassionate care.

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
Active Texas veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain).
5+ years of veterinary practice experience preferred.
Proven leadership and management skills with emotional intelligence and professionalism.
Strong commitment to ethical practice and clinical excellence.
Ability to delegate effectively, communicate clearly, and inspire your team.
