Position
Per Diem Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist - Weill Cornell
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will operate state-of-the-art CT equipment while applying your expertise in Radiology Information Systems (RIS), PACS, and digital data transfer. Under the guidance of a radiologist and the supervision of a department supervisor, you will support our commitment to delivering the highest quality of care. While this is a technical role with no supervisory responsibilities, your contribution will be vital in supporting our world-class clinical team and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Operate state-of-the-art CT equipment and apply expertise in RIS, PACS, and digital data transfer.
Support radiologists and the department supervisor to deliver high-quality patient care.
Contribute to diagnosing challenging and complex cases as part of a world-class clinical team.
Maintain per diem, as-needed shift coverage; no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
Required Criteria
High School Diploma or GED
Graduate of an approved school of Radiology
New York State License in Radiologic Technology
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT
Preferred Criteria
Experience working in a hospital setting
Minimum 2 years of experience in a CT role
Additional Information
Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
Salary
Salary Range:
$72.00/Hourly
