The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Service Technician. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast‑paced industry. Located at Napleton's Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat in St. Peters, MO, the Automotive Service Technician will be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.

Communicate with parts department and service advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication.

Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.

Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals, which may include employees and customers.

Stay abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training classes as appropriate.

Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.

Maintain an organized work area.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Automotive Service Technician experience

Ase certification desirable

Excellent customer service skills

Strong communication skills

Valid driver's license

Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law and regulations

18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
