Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for Marketing Cloud across multiple client environments, including campaigns, data extensions, automations, and journey troubleshooting

Support end-to-end campaign execution across email, mobile, and multi-channel platforms

Collaborate with client stakeholders to align on campaign requirements, data usage, and communication strategies

Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, training materials, and process documentation

Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to support client adoption and platform usage

Assist in developing segmentation strategies and audience targeting using Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud

Monitor campaign performance and platform usage to identify opportunities for improvement

Identify process improvements and support scalable, repeatable solutions across client engagements

Requirements

3–6 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a consulting, support, or client-facing role

Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder

Strong understanding of campaign management, segmentation, and data extensions

Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud concepts, including audience segmentation, identity resolution, and data activation

Experience supporting users through ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) or similar structured support models

Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training, workshops, and user enablement content

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field

Salesforce certifications preferred (Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant or willingness to obtain)
