Ross Stores - 5501 Scatterfield Road - Responsibilities: Maintaining Safe & Secure Environment: Ensure safety and security for associates and customers; provide visible command presence at entrances/exits and on the sales floor.; Mitigating Theft & Fraud: Monitor for suspicious behavior and communicate theft indicators to leadership; adhere to external theft policies.; Minimizing Operational Shortage: Increase store awareness of shortage reduction initiatives and educate Associates on processes.; Developing Great Teams & Partnerships: Greet customers, build relationships with store team, participate in district meetings as needed.; Other duties as assigned to support Loss Prevention initiatives.
