What You Bring
Experience : Up to 2 years in a customer service or call‑center environment.
Education : High School diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Core Skills : Excellent phone etiquette, strong listening skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
Technical Aptitude : Proficiency with computers and ability to learn industry‑specific software.
Remote Readiness : A hardwired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, if working remotely.
Responsibilities
Deliver Excellence:
Handle inbound calls and manage follow‑up tasks via email or outbound calls to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Support Our Partners:
Interpret and verify policy transactions, explain underwriting guidelines, and provide technical troubleshooting for our software systems.
Solve Problems:
Partner with internal teams to resolve complex billing and policy issues while identifying opportunities to improve workflows.
Commit to Growth:
Participate in an initial 6‑8 week comprehensive virtual training program, followed by ongoing coaching and mentorship to help you advance.
Qualifications
Entry‑level candidate with at least 1 year of customer service and call‑center experience.
Details
Pay:
Starting at $21.51 per hour; upon becoming a permanent employee, you will earn $43,500 annually.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm EST.
Location:
Hybrid opportunity (Worcester, MA or Howell, MI) with remote work options for those who meet the technical requirements.
