
Quality Engineer

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Analyze, implement, and sustain improvements to customer and site quality through a structured problem‑solving approach with emphasis on root cause analysis and use of APQP core tools.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Motivated professional who can plan, coordinate, implement, and help sustain improvements in manufacturing to increase productivity, optimize resources, decrease waste, and improve product quality.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related area (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
3 years of engineering, quality, or process engineering experience.
Six‑sigma Green or Black belt preferred.
Knowledge of key manufacturing processes such as assembly, molding, metal processing, and circuit assembly is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Able to make oral and written presentations; confidently present opinions and thoughts in a clear, unbiased manner.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strong PC skills, advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab.
Able to apply knowledge of SPC/Process capability and reliability measures.
Strong data analytic skills and ability to use DMAIC process to solve problems at the root cause.
