This role offers the opportunity to operate at the intersection of compliance governance and hands‑on project execution within a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that internal processes and external operations align with regulatory standards while also driving structured compliance initiatives across the organization. Accountabilities
Lead and implement compliance‑related projects, ensuring alignment with applicable laws, regulatory frameworks, and internal policies
Translate compliance requirements into structured project plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and accountability frameworks
Monitor compliance performance indicators such as audit outcomes, training completion, and risk mitigation progress
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including legal, operations, and product to ensure consistent compliance execution
Conduct risk assessments to identify gaps, evaluate exposure, and implement corrective action plans
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs and internal controls
Contribute to certification efforts such as ISO27001 and ensure ongoing adherence to standards
Maintain documentation, reporting, and communication channels to ensure transparency and audit readiness
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, project management, or a related discipline
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, regulatory standards, and governance best practices
Experience in developing or supporting compliance programs and conducting risk assessments
Familiarity with certification processes such as ISO27001 is highly desirable
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Proficiency with digital collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Google Docs, Zapier, Linear or similar platforms)
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment
