Building Attendant Water's Edge & Golf Club (2nd Shift)
The City of St. Peters is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Building Attendant to join our team at Water's Edge & Golf Club. In this role, you will help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and golfers. This second-shift position plays a key role in ensuring our facilities are well-prepared for daily operations and events.
Normal Shift: 1:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. (start and end times may vary based on scheduled events) Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, Thursday through Sunday
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service to staff and the public
Perform event set up and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, and linens according to event specifications
Maintain facility cleanliness before, during, and after events while supporting event operations team
Complete facility closing procedures at the end of each event
Perform general custodial tasks (trash removal, cleaning, sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, operating floor equipment, performing equipment preventative maintenance, utilizing basic hand tools, etc.)
Order and restock supplies
Shovel and salt walkways during snow/ice conditions
Minimum Requirements
Must be a US citizen or lawfully authorized alien worker
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Motor Vehicle Operator's License valid in the state of Missouri
Fundamental knowledge of janitorial equipment and safe handling of cleaning chemicals
