Join Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Virginia Beach as a Service Plumbing Technician to service both our residential and commercial customers and become an essential part of our dedicated team. Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe installations.
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems.
* Install fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment.
* Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes.
* Document services performed and maintain accurate records.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
* Valid Virginia plumbing license or certification.
* Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with plumbing tools and equipment.
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
* Positive attitude and a commitment to quality workmanship.
