We are a small but fast-growing plumbing company looking for motivated Plumbing Apprentices and experienced Lead Plumbers to join our team. Apprentices will learn the trade hands-on, while Lead Plumbers will manage crews and help shape the future of our company.
General Plumbing Duties (All Levels)
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water, gas, and drainage systems
* Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes
* Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
* Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes
* Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
* Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management
Apprentice-Specific Responsibilities
* Assist Lead Plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance
* Learn proper use of tools, materials, and safety procedures
* Follow instructions and actively build plumbing skills
* Load/unload materials and prepare job sites
Lead Plumber / Crew Manager Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise a crew of plumbers and apprentices
* Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality workmanship
* Plan job layouts and material needs
* Train and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers
* Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and customers
* Enforce safety standards and company policies
* Complete job documentation, time tracking, and reporting
Qualifications
Apprentice Plumber
* Pursuing a career in plumbing
* 2+ years of experience of plumbing experience
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Ability to perform physical labor in various environments
* Valid driver's license
Lead Plumber / Crew Manager
* Journeyman or Master Plumber license (as required)
* 6+ years of plumbing experience
* Experience managing crews and job sites
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Valid driver's license
