Access Control Program Manager (Locksmith)
Randstad is hiring an Access Control Program Manager (Locksmith) to manage key systems across Austin-area sites. Responsibilities include key issuance, lock maintenance, SOP development, and audit‑ready access records to ensure secure, compliant facility access.

Responsibilities
Install, adjust, and repair locks and door hardware
Work directly with vendors to install locks and establish key management protocols on new projects
Manage lock and key control program at legacy sites (installation, removal, rekeying, documenting)
Cut and issue physical keys and maintain accurate records of keys, including unassigned keys
Update organization Key Control Standard Operating Procedures to reflect design changes
Provide timely and professional responses to written and verbal customer requests
Maintain a Security Focus: Exercise an understanding of risk management and compliance standards while protecting the property
Skills
Lock Systems – 3+ years of experience preferred
Key Cutting – 3+ years of experience preferred
Rekeying – 3+ years of experience preferred
Lock Installation – 3+ years of experience preferred
Access Control – 3+ years of experience preferred
SOP Development – 3+ years of experience preferred
Key Management – 3+ years of experience preferred
System Documentation – 3+ years of experience preferred
Multi‑site operations – 3+ years of experience preferred
Inventory Auditing

Salary & Hours
Salary: $27 – $29 per hour
Shift: First shift
