Job Schedule:
Monday – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Tuesday – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Wednesday – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Saturday – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Sunday – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
What You’ll Do
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related screening, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, waiting areas, and other assigned posts, assisting with visitor direction, badge verification, and other security‑related tasks based on site policies.
Support a professional environment by reporting hazards, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, and by following Allied Universal standards and site instructions.
Minimum Requirements
Hospital vaccines required.
Proof of high school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Customer service experience preferred.
CPR certification preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years or older for armed roles.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment depending on state and/or local laws and regulations.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
