HavenCORE Property Management is looking for a Roving Affordable File Specialist in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. In this role, you will ensure properties are compliant with annual recertifications and manage rental application processes. You will travel to multiple sites, assist in property management functions, and ensure a safe, well-maintained community. Ideal candidates should have bookkeeping knowledge, familiarity with Yardi and Microsoft Office, and be able to handle a multi-tasking environment while providing excellent customer service.
