LPN/RN Unit Manager – Full-Time

The Greens at Gastonia is a long-term care facility dedicated to providing individualized care and rehabilitation for our residents. We are seeking a motivated and experienced LPN or RN Unit Manager to join our team and lead day-to-day nursing operations within our skilled unit.

Position Summary
The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing daily nursing activities in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures. This role works closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff on the unit
Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
Assist with care planning and clinical oversight
Promote a positive and collaborative team environment
Serve as a resource for staff, residents, and families
Qualifications
Nursing degree from an accredited program
Current, active, and unencumbered LPN or RN license
Current CPR certification
Previous long-term care and/or nurse management experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
