What You'll Do
As Unit Manager, you'll be the go‑to leader for your shift—keeping things running smoothly while supporting both residents and staff.
Lead by presence with daily walking rounds—supporting staff and connecting with residents
Review reports and communicate key updates to the DON
Participate in IDT meetings, care planning, and real‑time documentation
Follow through on clinical and operational priorities from daily meetings
Ensure residents receive high‑quality, consistent care
Partner with providers for wound care and clinical follow‑up
Support and guide CNAs and nurses—coaching, educating, and holding standards
Address family concerns with professionalism and follow‑through
Assist with staffing coordination when needed
Contribute to a positive, team‑first culture
What We're Looking For
Active RN or LPN license (Wisconsin)
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred (or ready to step up!)
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Organized, dependable, and team‑oriented
Passion for long‑term care and resident advocacy
LPN: Up to $32/hour RN: Up to $37/hour
Company‑paid Life Insurance (1.5x salary)
