The Assistant Property Manager supports the daily operations of a diverse real estate portfolio and helps ensure properties are well‐maintained, efficient, and tenant‐focused.
Daily Operations
* Visit properties and complete early morning tasks.
* Coordinate repairs, maintenance activities, and vendor services.
* Address tenant concerns and provide professional, timely resolutions.
* Remain available for on‐call emergencies as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with computers, software systems, and digital tools.
* Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
Experience
* Customer service experience preferred.
* Knowledge of maintenance and repair processes is beneficial.
* Familiarity with property management systems is advantageous.
