We are hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to support commercial tenant improvement projects in Los Angeles and Ventura County.
This role focuses on installation, modification, and coordination of HVAC systems, including ductwork, diffusers, and equipment tie-ins.
Responsibilities:
* Install and modify HVAC ductwork, fittings, and supports
* Install diffusers, grilles, and registers
* Assist with installation or relocation of fan coil / RTU systems
* Connect refrigerant lines and assist with system startup
* Coordinate with electrical and other trades on-site
* Read and follow mechanical plans and layouts
* Maintain clean and organized work areas
Requirements
* Experience in commercial HVAC installation (TI preferred)
* Ability to read mechanical plans
* Knowledge of ductwork installation and layout
* Familiar with refrigerant piping and basic startup
* Own basic HVAC tools
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* EPA 608 Certification (preferred or required—your choice)
