Pool Service Technician

As a Pool Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and servicing swimming pools to ensure they are safe, clean, and operating efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, vacuuming, skimming, and brushing
* Test and balance pool water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.)
* Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing
* Diagnose and report equipment issues or needed repairs
* Perform minor repairs and assist with equipment installations
* Ensure all pools meet safety and cleanliness standards
* Maintain accurate service logs and customer records
* Communicate professionally with customers regarding service updates or recommendations
* Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous pool service or related experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
* Valid driver's license (REQUIRED) with a clean driving record
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
* Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
* Strong communication and customer service skills
