Responsibilities
Clean and disinfect patient rooms, common areas, and equipment to ensure a sterile environment
Restock linens, supplies, and medications as needed
Assist with laundry and sterilization tasks
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any issues or concerns to management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and facility maintenance
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with residents, families, and staff
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push wheelchair, and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
