Employee Administration Specialist
Primary Location: York, PA, US; Mesa, AZ, US; Brookfield, WI, US
We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our People & Culture team. You will be responsible for supporting and administering the full employee lifecycle, from pre boarding through offboarding, including HR master data management, payroll support, compliance, and employee relations. Your role plays a crucial part in ensuring data accuracy, policy compliance, and a consistent, positive employee experience, which will directly contribute to organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. In this position, you will report to the Manager, Employee Administration & Rewarding.
This position is mainly located in Brookfield, WI or York, PA but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.
Team you belong to
You will join a team of HR and People Operations professionals who are dedicated to supporting employees and enabling the business through strong people practices. The team strives to deliver a seamless employee experience while ensuring compliance, data integrity, and operational excellence. We are currently developing and maintaining HR processes, employee lifecycle programs, and compliance initiatives, while supporting day to day HR operations. We work closely with internal partners such as Payroll, Finance, People Leaders, and Employees across the organization. Our team culture is all about collaboration, accuracy, confidentiality, and continuous improvement. Team members are located across multiple locations.
What you’ll do
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Process employee lifecycle changes, including promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and status changes
Partner with payroll to ensure accurate employee data and timely payroll processing
Support benefits enrollment, employee changes, and related documentation
Track, manage, and audit employee documentation and compliance records
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR systems, policies, and procedures
Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and HR communications
Manage offboarding processes, including resignations and terminations, ensuring proper documentation and system updates
Who you are
Detail oriented and highly organized, with strong attention to data accuracy
Knowledgeable in HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and HRIS systems
Comfortable partnering with payroll and cross functional stakeholders
Familiar with employment laws and HR compliance requirements at the federal, state, and local levels
Strong communicator who can support employee inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Proactive, service oriented, and committed to delivering a positive employee experience
Nice to have: Experience supporting audits, regulatory reporting (e.g., EEOC, affirmative action), or HR analytics
