Administer medications, IV therapies, fluids, and blood products per orders; support ventilator and other respiratory therapies.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans; document progress and changes in the electronic health record.
Communicate clearly with families, provide education and support, and participate in family‑centered care approaches.
Participate in rotating shifts, weekends/holidays/on‑call/callback as required; assume charge nurse responsibilities per unit needs.
Requirements
Current NY RN license (active)
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
NRP 8th edition certification required
Minimum two years of RN experience
Telemetry experience; Epic experience highly desired
Ability to work in a high‑acuity NICU setting with rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and on‑call scenarios
