Position: Registered Nurse (Staff Nurse)
As a Registered Nurse Staff Nurse, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure that residents receive the medication and care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conduct resident assessments, lead the team, and advocate for the residents’ well‑being.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents.
Administer medications as per care plans.
Conduct assessments and document care.
Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Advocate for residents’ needs and preferences.
Qualifications
Unencumbered State of Illinois RN or LPN license.
Prior Registered Nurse experience preferred.
