Senior Manager, Field HR
to align business objectives with employees and front-line leaders in our
Northern CA Market!
Overseeing a team of 6 direct reports (4 Field HR Partners and 2 Site HR Partners), this position serves as a consultant to front line leaders on human resource-related issues. The Sr. HR Manager will ensure HR Management team is successfully partnering with their operations partners. The successful Sr. HR Manager acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Works in collaboration with HR centers of excellence to achieve talent goals necessary to sustain and drive business performance. Ability to implement innovative and practical solutions through a strong process and metrics focus. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
This is a
Hybrid Role
(in-office and/or in-field Mon-Thu) that can be based out of any of the following ABM offices:
Sacramento
Benicia
Pleasanton
San Francisco
Redwood City
Santa Clara
Pay: $125,000–$160,000
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
