If you are interested in this Tech 1, Product Development Engineering position, please contact Milos Pavlovic at 586-788-7509 or mpavlovic@alinestaffing.com Tech 1, Product Development Engineering Compensation The pay for this position is $21.00 – $24.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Tech 1, Product Development Engineering Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is onsite, full-time (Monday–Friday, standard business hours) In-person interviews required Tech 1, Product Development Engineering Responsibilities Assist in generating formal test protocols and reports Support execution of test protocols and procedures, including operating test equipment and recording measurements Collect, maintain, and organize technical data in a reportable format Support manufacturing/QC training for test methods and processes Track development builds through documentation and manufacturing workflows Assist with product development, testing, inspection, and root cause investigations Ensure compliance with BD policies, ISO standards, FDA requirements, and safety procedures Work in a lab and office environment, including biohazard areas as required Tech 1, Product Development Engineering Requirements Associate’s degree in science, math, or engineering (or currently pursuing a 4-year degree) OR 4+ years of related experience Lab experience required Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to work with data sheets and technical records Ability to follow written and verbal instructions under supervision Basic math, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed Tech 1, Product Development Engineering Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environment Experience with Excel and Minitab Strong technical writing and data reporting skills Familiarity with ISO and FDA-regulated environments If you think this Tech 1, Product Development Engineering position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting! *
