If you are interested in this Pharmacist position, please contact Milos Pavlovic at 586-788-7509 or mpavlovic@alinestaffing.com Pharmacist Compensation The pay for this position is $56.71 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Pharmacist Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, rotating shifts between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM CST Fully onsite in Collierville, TN No weekends, no holidays Free parking available Pharmacist Responsibilities Verify accuracy, dosage, and appropriateness of all medications prior to dispensing Review patient profiles for drug interactions, sensitivities, and proper usage Provide patient clinical management and respond to medication-related inquiries Triage and resolve escalated issues from patients, providers, and internal teams Contact prescribers to clarify prescriptions and resolve clinical questions Ensure compliance with SOPs, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements Maintain quality assurance procedures and controlled substance security Support specialty pharmacy clinical initiatives and patient care programs Collaborate with pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely dispensing Pharmacist Requirements High School Diploma or GED Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy (PharmD or equivalent) Active Tennessee Pharmacist license in good standing Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Pharmacist Preferred Qualifications Experience in specialty pharmacy (HIV, Hep-C, Oncology, Rheumatoid Arthritis) Customer service or call center experience Experience in a high-volume pharmacy environment If you think this Pharmacist position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting! *
