If you are interested in this Technologist – Scientific Ops position, please contact Milos Pavlovic at 586-788-7509 or mpavlovic@alinestaffing.com Compensation The pay for this position is $26.86 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Weekend Shift) Interviews are in person Drug test required Safety shoes required Responsibilities Manufacture and assemble clinical and commercial products using production equipment Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials to ensure correct batch composition Perform in-process testing to ensure products meet specifications Prepare solutions, powders, and liquids for batch production Support validation of filtration, cleaning, and sterilization processes Handle disposal of waste chemicals, solvents, and acids safely Provide support for onboarding and training on new procedures Support supervisors and leads as needed Recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency Follow all GMP, safety, and housekeeping procedures Requirements High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in a regulated environment OR Associate’s degree in a scientific field with no experience Must have experience with: Weighing and measuring raw materials Pipetting Filtration and dilution processes Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to follow GMP and written procedures Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Preferred Qualifications Experience in GMP, pharmaceutical, or medical device manufacturing environments Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills If you think this Technologist – Scientific Ops position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting! *
