Landscape Porter
Are you a Landscape Porter who enjoys working outdoors and seeing the results of your efforts come to life? Join our team where you'll play an important role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position where your work directly contributes to our company's success and customer satisfaction.
The Porter supports daily landscaping and property maintenance operations by keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe. This position assists the landscaping crew with basic groundskeeping tasks and ensures tools, materials, and work areas are properly maintained. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist landscaping crews with general groundskeeping and site cleanup
Pick up debris, leaves, and trash from landscaped areas and job sites
Load and unload tools, equipment, and material
Help prepare job sites before and after landscaping work is completed
Support basic landscaping tasks such as mulching, trimming, edging, and planting as directed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, vehicles, and equipment
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
One year or more of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Willingness to follow instructions and safety procedures
Reliable transportation to job sites in the Dallas area
Desired Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication skills.
