Job Description:

o Food science, science, or engineering ideally in a fast-moving consumer goods market
o Working on teams and independently with the guidance of a manager
o Personal drive and organization
o Prioritizing and managing activities
o Planning, and executing work plans with some supervision
o Identifying problems proactively and creating and implementing solutions independently (problem solving)
o Applying fundamental technical understanding to interpret and analyze data to reach clear conclusions
o Communicating effectively verbally and in writing, including technical writing
o Putting the consumer at the heart of development activities

You will experience wide ranges of projects including:
o Innovation: near term innovation and renovation
o Core maintenance: Resolve quality issues, BCP, Margin and support plant performance improvement, and other duties as assigned
o Making benchtop samples to support development work ; shipping and receiving samples and ingredients
BS in Food Science, Chemical Engineering or related field
Job specific requirements:
o 1-3 years of experience in related field
o Strong technical foundation and technical curiosity
o Participate in cross functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
o Write process specifications that deliver consistent, high-quality products across numerous manufacturing facilities.
