Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Loan Documentation.
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Notary services
Strong Research skills to ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in managing sensitive documentation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
Valid Notary Public certification is required
Familiarity with real estate processes is preferred
Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
