Inclusive Minded Counseling & Consulting, LLC is currently seeking a pre-licensed CSW or ACMHC bilingual therapist to provide therapy services, in Spanish & English, from a trauma focused and feminist multicultural lens. The position offers an empowering and inclusive environment with excellent bilingual trauma-focused training, support for therapists, and opportunities to grow with the agency. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
EMDR Trained (preferred, not mandatory)
40 Hour Sexual Assault Counselor Training (preferred, not mandatory)
Ability to work both virtually and in-person
Access to WIFI when working virtually
Access to laptop with webcam & microphone, and access to cellphone
Minimally a 2 year commitment
Interested in working with clients who are healing from sexual abuse and domestic violence
Eager to learn
Can work with diverse & oppressed populations
Advocate for marginalized & oppressed populations
Employee will be expected to:
Work
20-25 clinical hours per week
(minimum of 18 clinical hours per week)
Attend agency meetings
Keep client records up to date
Comply with professional code of ethics
Follow organizational policies and procedures
Share office space with others employed at Inclusive Minded
Maintain active licensure to practice mental health counseling in the State of Utah (employee is responsible for all fees associated with maintaining their licensure)
Have reliable transportation or have access to transportation to and from the office

Compensation
Compensation is dependent upon licensure, continuing education and certification, and experience:
45% of collected revenue
47% of collected revenue if you have a certification (i.e. EMDR, IFS, SP)
Supervision will be provided, at no cost to the therapist (meets licensure requirements).
Professional liability insurance covered by Inclusive Minded. While this coverage is provided, you are welcome to obtain additional liability insurance if you choose, though it is not required.
On site professional development and training at no cost to the employees.
We are pleased to offer complimentary training sessions to our therapists employees. Please note that while the training itself is provided at no cost to you, your attendance is voluntary and unpaid during the training hours. Some trainings offer CE opportunities.
Support and collaboration with Inclusive Minded’s clinical team during hybrid clinical team meetings.
Billing management, calendar management, cozy, clean, welcoming and trauma-informed office environment, and admin support.
