We support caregivers through competitive pay ($21/hr for valid CNA or HCA, $18.69 otherwise), pay raises with promotions, paid mileage reimbursement, performance rewards, bonus opportunities, employee referral bonuses, paid sick leave, 401k with company match, and profit-sharing plan.
Job Responsibilities
One-on-one personal in-home care focusing on ADLs.
Work weekdays and weekends as available.
Receive bonus pay for selected holidays.
Job Requirements
Driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable car.
Valid HCA or CNA in Washington state.
