Our Services
Companion Care : conversation and emotional support, walks, activities, and social engagement, light housekeeping, and household support
Personal Care : bathing assistance, dressing and grooming, mobility support, meal preparation
Specialized Care : Alzheimer’s and dementia care, Parkinson’s care, chronic illness support
All training is provided—no professional background required.
Flexible Scheduling
We offer daytime, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts that you can select or combine depending on your goals. Whether you want only a few weekly hours or a fuller schedule, we help build a plan that fits your lifestyle.
Caregiver Pay & Benefits
$19 to $23 per hour, paid biweekly
5 sick days and holiday pay

Ongoing training and support— in‑person and virtual training provided
Hands‑on training in our Center of Excellence with a mock‑home environment
Six months of continuous monthly online training, including dementia, chronic conditions, hospice, and more

24/7 office support so you’re never alone on the job
Requirements
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds and lift up to 30 pounds
Background check and drug screening
Strong communication skills (technology‑forward office – app for daily documentation and frequent calls/texts/emails)
Ability to work independently and follow care plans
Personal or professional caregiving experience is a plus but not required
