Pediatric LPN – Specialized Home Care | Canal Winchester, OH | Fridays 5:30 AM–5:30 PM
Are you an LPN looking for a rewarding one-on-one pediatric care role? BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate nurse to provide specialized care for a pediatric patient with a tracheostomy in the Canal Winchester area.
This is a dedicated, weekly 12‑hour shift—perfect for someone who values consistency and meaningful patient care.
What You’ll Do:
Provide skilled nursing care per the approved care plan
Perform and manage trach care
Assist with personal care and daily routines
Maintain a safe, supportive, and clean home environment
Observe, document, and communicate changes in the patient’s condition
What We’re Looking For:
Active Ohio LPN license
Trach care experience REQUIRED
Current CPR certification
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Recent TB test or chest X‑ray
Dependable, professional, and compassionate
Ability to pass background and drug screenings
