Salary: $175,000 - $275,000 per year

At our firm, we handle highly sensitive and urgent matters such as domestic violence and child abductions. We routinely litigate complex asset division on behalf of clients with million‑dollar incomes and multimillion‑dollar marital estates. All of our lawyers are accomplished and well‑versed in the nuances of California family law, allowing us to readily assign solid teams for our incoming cases.

Responsibilities
Represent clients in family law matters, including high‑conflict custody cases and complex asset divisions.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Provide effective advocacy both in and out of court, including representing clients in hearings, trials, and mediations.
Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
Work closely with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
Stay current with developments in family law and related areas.
Requirements
Strong background in family law.
Active and good standing membership in the California State Bar.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Commitment to meeting a 1600-1700 billable hour requirement annually.
