The Yollick Law Firm is seeking a sharp, high-energy Civil Litigation Attorney to join our established practice in Conroe.
Our firm handles complex matters where others often retreat.
We don't just process files; we fight for our clients’ rights with a focus on business litigation, consumer law, and property disputes.

You believe in the strict construction of the law and the protection of individual and business rights.

You aren’t afraid of the courtroom. You have a passion for motion hearings, depositions, and presenting cases before a jury.
Analytical & Articulate:
You can break down complex commercial disputes and present a winning argument both on paper and in person.
Locally Rooted:
You understand the Montgomery County legal landscape and are ready to uphold the firm’s standard of excellence in the Conroe/Woodlands area.
Requirements:
J.D.
from an accredited law school (high academic standing preferred).
Licensed to practice in Texas
(in good standing).
Ability to engage in civil litigation
(Real estate Commercial, Business, or Consumer law).
Excellent writing skills and a "take-charge" attitude toward discovery and trial prep.
